Clients will receive reports and photographs each visit.  We generally like to send 3-5 photos each visit unless it is otherwise necessary.  We take pictures of different areas of the residence each visit to make clients feel as if they're seeing the home in its entirety.  Example, one week we will send pool, cage, summer kitchen and landscaping photos.  The following week, we will send photos of all the windows and trim. Clients may specify which areas they would like to see each week if desired. 

We will only recommend our most trusted,  reliable contractors to our clients.  If clients have a preexisting contractor we will work with them in keeping your home in immaculate condition in the homeowners absence.  Contractor work is only performed with the homeowner's written, specified consent.  

If you need a car delivered or transferred, left at the airport upon arrival or a simple dry cleaning trip, we've got you covered!  Let us know what we can do so you can enjoy your stay!  If you would like to request something you do not see listed, please send us a message and we will always try to accomodate!

We want to make sure your home is operating with optimum performance.  Each year we recommend a one year roof check, moisture and mold detection, irrigation system check, contracted AC service maintenance, HVAC, dryer vent cleaning, pest control service inside, window washing, pressure washing and carpet cleaning.
